That includes your daily diet and nutrition, never missing a meal and never missing the right type of food.

Kane He realized this early in his career at the age of 24, just as he was preparing to take over. Wayne Rooney as permanent captain of England.

Before his changes in diet, one criticism that could be made of the then young man was his physique and Tottenham even lent him to Leyton East and Millwall to harden it.

While he performed well there, his first Premier League loan to Norwich ended after just three appearances due to injury and he was back to square one, and he also failed to impress on loan at Leicester after being recalled and sent off again in 2012/13.

However, the forward turned things around at Tottenham when he properly broke into the first team a season later, scoring 59 goals in two years before having his food-based epiphany.

In 2017, Kane even went so far as to hire a personal chef, who prepared his meals specifically tailored to his needs every day.

There were question marks over whether Kane was overused or not, especially in Tottenhamwhere they depended on their objectives.

It even meant the striker was forced to play due to minor injuries and fatigue, which could have a knock-on effect over the summer when England took part in tournaments.

This issue has previously affected star Three Lions players, including Rooney, Frank Lampard and Steven Gerrard.

And Kane was also a victim of fatigue at Euro 2016, where England faltered and the leaders failed to score even once while Iceland shocked the nation and forced Roy Hodgson give up.

Harry Kane stands awkwardly as hundreds of Bayern Munich fans serenade him to the tune of Jingle Bells.

“I think over the last year I've changed a lot off the field as far as nutrition goes,” Kane told the Telegraph in 2017.

“It occurred to me that a football career is so short. Everything goes so fast that you have to make every day count.

“Then I have a chef at home to eat the right food, helping with recovery.

“You can't train as hard as you'd like when you have so many matches, so you have to make the small gains in other places, like with food. That will help me cope with a tournament year, with my body and my recovery.” .”

It proved completely revolutionary, as his performances for England at Euro 2016 and the 2018 World Cup couldn't be more different.

At the Euro Cup, Kane failed to score once, but just two years later he scored six (including a hat-trick against Panama) which allowed him to win the Golden Boot ahead of Kylian Mbappé, ronaldo and Messi.

And the size difference was significant, going from being relatively skinny to a bulky, almost old-school No. 9, who couldn't get the ball off his back and shook defenders like they were leaves.

Diet is very important for players nowadays, while all stars have dreamed of replicating themselves. Messi and his exploits and Ronaldo and his net worth.

“I appreciate good players,” Kane said. “Messi and Ronaldo do it every week constantly.

“That's what I aspire to do. It's good to have the recognition, but I have to focus on what I want to do.”

And while many might consider rivaling Messi and Ronaldo, very few come close. but Kane did it – and in 2017 his diet change made a big difference to his form.

He scored 36 goals in 31 appearances, in the process winning the Golden Boot for Tottenham throughout the year (nine fewer than Messi in Barcelona in the same period of time but also in 12 fewer games.

But Kane did surpass Ronaldo, who scored 31 in 34 appearances during real Madridwhile the Spurs man also hit five from five for England.

Not bad for a 24-year-old player, who has since established himself as one of the best strikers in recent history and joined Bayern Munich last summer in search of trophies.

Seven years ago, Kane added: “I always ate well, never bad.

“But a guy came and explained to me what you could do by eating the right food at the right time.

“You could eat healthy all week and then carb before a game, and that could put your body into shock because you're not used to it.

“So maybe sometimes more carbs and sometimes less, making plans around training. I started doing that on January 1, a New Year's resolution.

“I met the guy in December. I spoke to him and I was a little shocked. He had never looked into it much, but when he explained to me what the body does and how it could help me recover…

“He helped me recover from the (ankle ligament) injury with certain foods I ate. It opened my eyes a little.

“It's there (at Kane's house) every day, Monday to Saturday, and he leaves it in the refrigerator for Sunday. I hardly ever see him because I'm training, but he cooks the food and leaves it in the refrigerator. We have a good plan in place and it seems to be working.

“It's a big part of football nowadays. Other players are doing the same. My career has already gone so fast that I want to make the most of it.”

Now at Bayern, aged 30, Kane's diet has kept him in top shape as he looks to extend his career well into the next decade of his life. breaking records for fun.

Testing goals in Germany helps Euro 2024 will be held there this summer and the England captain has his sights set on leading the Three Lions to glory.

Having overtaken Rooney as England's top scorer with 62 goals in 89 appearances, the London-born star can finally rub shoulders with the elite with an international trophy.

Ronaldo has won the Euro Cup and the Nations League with Portugal while Messi tipped the GOAT debate in their favor by winning the World Cup with Argentina in 2022.

Already seen how one of the best players on the planet, England road to Euro glory It will depend on Kane, as well as Judas Bellingham, Bukayo Saka and Declan Rice.

And that means sticking to Kane's diet, one that has served him well for years of his career and possibly the next, as looking to change sports.

To truly replicate Ronaldo and Messi would be to replicate their longevity at the highest level and that means staying in top shape and not missing a meal, although Kane does have a weakness and when asked what his guilty pleasure was, he said: “Apple crumble! “
