Borussia Dortmund are suing PSG

As reported by Bild, Borussia Dortmund are looking into the possibility of suing Paris Saint-Germain.

It is understood that Die Schwarzgelben received 480 fewer tickets than they should have for their Champions League semi-final second leg against the French champions. Therefore, BvB have filed a complaint with the ‘Football Supporters Europe’, a fan association that officially works with UEFA.

On the one hand, PSG are claiming that the Paris police instructed the club to supply Dortmund with fewer tickets. However, having communicated with the police, BvB have discovered that this is not the case.

According to the report, the Paris police would benefit from having the visiting supporters inside the stadium during the game as compared to outside the ground, as they are easier to control. As well as this, PSG are said to have banned banners, which further provoked the BvB supporters.

Nevertheless, the accusations do not stop there. There are also complaints being made by Dortmund that the PSG lead ultra, Capo, was using the loudspeakers at the stadium to instruct chants.

While the use of the loudspeakers was considered distasteful, the chanting could be heard through the speakers within the visiting block, which further frustrated the Dortmund faithful. Nonetheless, the FSE have already informed BvB that they wish to impose sanctions on the French champions.
