According to Sky Germany, Borussia Dortmund have agreed contractual terms with VfB Stuttgart striker Serhou Guirassy.
As previously reported, Die Schwarzgelben were hoping to reach a full agreement with the Guinea international by the end of this week. However, there were concerns surrounding the length of Guirassy’s contract.
Initially, Dortmund were looking to offer the 28-year-old a three-year deal with the option of extending for an additional year. Nevertheless, a four-year deal has now been agreed upon by all parties, which will see the marksman remain at BvB until 2029.
It is understood that Guirassy will undergo a medical ahead of his €18 million move to the Westfalenstadion before the end of the week, as the Champions League runners-up look to secure this deal as quickly as possible.
There is also hope within the Dortmund camp that Guirassy will attend his first training session with the squad before the start of next week.
