Youssef En-Nesyri and Sevilla holding better offer amid interest from Fenerbahce

Sevilla is likely to try to advance Morocco Youssef En-Nesyri this summer, but they are waiting for their time for a good offer. The 27-year-old is out of contract next summer, and so it makes sense to cash in on him this year, which could be valuable for them in a financially difficult summer.

The offer they have from Fenerbahce is worth 12 million euros to join Jose Mourinho in Turkey, but neither the player nor the club are convinced. Sevilla initially set a price of €20m, and En-Nesyri is waiting for a bigger club or a more lucrative offer, the latter referring to a potential move to Saudi Arabia depending on how the summer plays out in terms of their brand moves.

In Europe, AC Milan called him as an alternative to Alvaro Morata, and Rome consider them if they can't sign Alexander Sorloth from Villarreal. En-Nesyri is reluctant to move to the Premier League unless a big club comes for him, having rejected West Ham twice. Relief explained that En-Nesyri had a short trial at Chelsea, and did not like the weather or football, hence his reluctance to return.

En-Nesyri has been a crucial part of Sevilla's attack in recent years, and it will be interesting to see which direction Sporting Director Victor Orta goes in first. Peque arrived from Racing Santander and can play behind the striker, and Isaac Romero renewed his contract several months ago, but apart from those two, they have no options to play in the middle, maybe with the exception of Dodi Lukebakio, although as Peque, it is not his natural position.
