Moisés Caicedo scores Chelsea's first goal and instantly makes a mistake to tie the Wolves

Moisés Caicedo went from hero to zero in just three minutes for Chelsea.

The Premier League's most expensive player finally scored his first goal for the Blue, assisting Cole Palmer for the first game against the Wolves.

Caicedo, who picked out the England winger with a delightful pass, finally had cause to celebrate after his first assist since his £115million move from Brighton.

However, just three minutes later the Ecuadorian got complicated again in the center of the field and was attacked by Joao Gomes.

Then, minutes before the break, Caicedo managed to lose Rayan Ait-Nouri to a Wolves attack and the Moroccan finished off a Pedro Neto putback to make it 2-1.

The 22-year-old player became the third most expensive footballer of all time in August 2023, despite having played only 53 games in a major European league.

Since then, he has played 27 of a possible 30 games for Chelsea this season in a difficult campaign for Mauricio Pochettino's side.

It was a bad day for the Blues as Cunha scored two more in the second half and the Wolves cruised to a 4-2 win.

Thiago Silva got a consolation at the end to reduce the difference.
