WATCH: Incredible fight breaks out between RCD Mallorca's Samu Costa and West Brom's Jayson Molumby.
Pre-season friendlies tend to be devoid of competitive tension and players willing to put themselves on the line in the same way they might be during the season. There was no hint of this during RCD MallorcaThey face West Bromwich Albion on Saturday though.
After the enforcer of the Portuguese midfield Sam Costa fouled Jayson Molumby, the couple seemed to have words, before the West Brom man headbutted and then punched Costa, who responded in kind. The pair then fell to the floor punching each other before being separated from their teammates.
It may be pre-season, but Samu Costa is still under the skin of his opponents.

Both then left, and Costa could be seen slapping manager Jagoba Arrasate, looking frustrated with his manager, before taking off his shirt and heading to the dressing room.
Majorca managed to get the win West Brom at the end, with David Lopez following up with a free kick in the 65th minute. Los Bermellones now have four more friendlies against Poblense, Mirandes, Burgos and Bologna before they open their campaign against Real Madrid at Son Moix.
