Arsenal preparing ambitious move for Bayern Munich's Leroy Sane

Arsenal are planning an offensive revamp this summer after being linked with several wingers in recent months. According to Sky Sport GermanyBayern Munich's Leroy Sane is the latest signing on the club's radar and the Gunners are “closely monitoring” his situation at the Allianz Arena.

Sane has entered the final year of his contract with Bayern Munich and has not yet committed to renewing it. Although he prefers to stay in Bavaria, the Gunners “sense an opportunity” to secure a discounted deal for Sane this summer, Sky's report adds.

Mikel Arteta has been wanting to add competition for Bukayo Saka on the right flank and the addition of Sané would be fantastic considering the wealth of experience he has both at Bayern Munich and Manchester City.

The highlight of the 28-year-old's career at the Etihad Stadium was winning the Premier league Twice. After joining Bayern, he won three Bundesliga titles among a host of other trophies for both clubs.
