Bild reports that Hoffenheim could be changing coach before the start of the season as the club is currently in the process of imploding.
Earlier this summer, Hoffenheim director Alexander Rosen left the club due to dissatisfaction with squad planning for this upcoming season. Rosen was then replaced by former Schalke manager Frank Kramer on a temporary basis.
Rosen is not the only member of staff who could leave the club. The marketing director, psychologist, technical director and sports director will all leave the club.
However, head coach Pellegrino Matarazzo has also become dissatisfied with the squad. Recently in training, Matarazzo has been unhappy with the team’s lack of interest in sprinting. On top of this, Matarazzo could be in the running for the vacant USA job, which he has a great interest in taking.
This has meant Kramer has begun to look at potential short-term solutions to replace Matarazzo. Former Bayern Munich defender and current River Plate head coach Martin Demichelis is a potential candidate as is Karlsruher SC head coach Christian Eichner, however, he has just started the 2.Bundesliga season with the side.
