Manchester United rekindle their interest in signing Frenkie de Jong
Manchester United They have reportedly rekindled their interest in signing Barcelona star Frenkie de Jong, according to a recent report.

However, it has been suggested that Barcelona have rejected the offer from Ten Hag's side because they do not want the Brazilian, but remain open to selling the midfielder.
Manchester United are reportedly interested in strengthening their squad and have already reached a personal agreement with Manuel Ugarte. However, they have had a difficult time reaching an agreement with PSG over this deal. Therefore, if United manage to acquire both Ugarte and De Jong, that would definitely strengthen their midfield.
However, Manchester United are said to need to sell some of their stars to make room for new signings. Scott McTominay has been linked with a possible move to Fulham, while United are said to be open to selling Casemiro after his disappointing performances last season.
