As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Leicester City are in talks to sign Bayer Leverkusen forward Adam Hložek.
It had previously been reported that VfB Stuttgart were considering making an approach for the 22-year-old, but after securing the signing of Deniz Undav from Brighton & Hove Albion, the Bundesliga runners-up elected against signing Hložek.
This had, therefore, left the door open for the Czech international to make a move elsewhere, with a number of Premier League clubs expressing interest in his services.
Nevertheless, it is now understood that Leicester are in advanced talks with Die Werkself in order to lure him away from Germany.
With negotiations between the two clubs ongoing, it is believed that Leicester will look to sign Hložek on loan with an obligation to buy the 22-year-old at the end of the campaign for a fee of between €17 and €18 million.
Talks are also ongoing between the Foxes and Hložek, with the Premier League outfit keen to get the deal over the line.
