Soler was one of the best midfielders in La Liga before joining PSG. He can play in any position in midfield, but is best suited to the deep position.
The box-to-box star is also a good set-piece taker. His short passes in tight spaces combined with his ability to position himself well make him a very good option when playing with the ball.
On the other hand, Soler is also physically tough and is difficult for his opponent to beat.
Under Julen Lopetegui's possession system, the player would thrive and there is reason to believe he would be a success at West Ham despite his turbulent career in Paris.
