I'm Mr. Tottenham, but Chelsea are so bad that even I feel sorry for the fans.

Tottenham fan Jamie O'Hara expressed an unlikely degree of sympathy towards Chelsea fans, branding Mauricio Pochettino's team “rubbish”.

The talkSPORT presenter and former Spurs midfielder was on hand to watch Wolves' magnificent game. 4-2 victory at Stamford Bridge on Sunday – a result he saw Chelsea slide into the bottom half of the table.

The Blues' latest setback has caused further discontent among the club's fans, increasing pressure on Pochettino.

Chelsea are facing the stark reality of missing out on European football for the second season in a row and, despite being one of the staunchest supporters of the Blues' fiercest rivals, O'Hara refused to fold the knife.

In fact, he felt sorry for his fellow football fans.

“Pochettino is under a lot of pressure at that football club at the moment,” the Tottenham academy graduate told talkSPORT.

“I saw them at the weekend and I got a bit angry because I'm not a Chelsea fan, but sitting there watching that rubbish, I was honestly getting angry.

“These fans who go there and have to pay a lot of money to see Chelsea. It's an expensive place to have a season ticket and they are absolutely terrible – one of the worst teams I've ever seen.

“The wolves dominated them from start to finish. There was no urgency, there was no value in his game.

“It didn't seem like anyone wanted to go fight for the team, pose a challenge and lift them up.

“They just turned away and it was embarrassing to watch.”

Pochettino has overseen ten defeats in his sides' 23 league games this season despite spending a whopping £435m on 13 signings during the summer transfer window.

But the Argentine does not believe under any immediate threat of being sacked as Chelsea manager despite growing speculation over his immediate future.

However, another fall into the mud could force owner Todd Boehly to act as his tenure continues without showing signs of improvement on the field.
