Claude Makelele is set to take on his first managerial role in five years after accepting an exciting new opportunity.
The Chelsea legend's last job in football was at Stamford Bridge, where he spent four years as a technical mentor, before… leaving his post in September 2023.

Speaking after meeting his former teammate, the former French international said: “Paul is my mentor. He has taught me many things during the time I have worked with him.
“When I heard he was back working in the Premier League, I called him and asked if I could help him at Swansea.”
Clement brings real pedigree to Makelele's coaching team, having previously worked with Ancelotti at Chelsea. Bayern Munich, real Madridas well as at PSG.
