northNicolas Jackson marked his 50th appearance for Chelsea with two early goals to inspire his side to a 3-0 win at West Ham in the Premier League on Saturday.

Jackson also added an assist for Cole Palmer early in the second half as Chelsea swept aside West Ham, who were booed at the end of the match by the remaining fans.

It was Chelsea's third league win of the season, all of which have come away from Stamford Bridge.

New West Ham manager Julen Lopetegui is already under pressure after their third defeat of the early Premier League season.

It took Chelsea less than four minutes to take the lead and West Ham's defence was nowhere to be seen as Jackson played a double pass to Jadon Sancho and surged forward before cutting in from the left and firing between Alphonse Areola's legs from a tight angle.

It was Sancho's second assist in as many games since joining from Manchester United and his first start since May 2023.

Jackson doubled his tally in the 18th minute when another wide play saw him weave his way onto a Moises Caicedo pass and keep his composure to drill into the bottom left corner.

It was the Senegalese striker's 21st goal in 50 appearances for Chelsea.

West Ham briefly looked to get back into the game midway through the first half and had their penalty appeals turned down before Mohammed Kudus' goal was ruled out for offside.

However, things went from bad to worse for the home side right at the start of the second half when Jackson turned provider and passed the ball to Palmer, who fired in off the inside of the left post.

Manchester United will visit Crystal Palace in one of the next seven games, while Liverpool will host Bournemouth.
