Leon Bailey was named in Aston Villa’s starting line-up for their Premier League trip to Ipswich Town.
The wide man, who started Tuesday’s Carabao Cup triumph at Wycombe Wanderers, was included in Unai Emery’s XI for the clash against the Tractor Boys at Portman Road, his first league start since being forced off at Leicester City in late August.
Bailey replaced injured captain John McGinn as the sole change from last weekend’s 3-1 triumph over Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Diego Carlos lined up in defence despite missing the midweek cup success at Adams Park, while there a place among the substitutes for fit-again Jaden Philogene.
