Captain of Liverpool Trent Alexander-Arnold remains one of the major question marks not only at Anfield, but at the Santiago Bernabeu ahead of next summer. His only natural alternative is another veteran in 33-year-old Lucas Vazquez, and it will be a big ask for him to take on most of the starting duties.
