Villa have only won one of their last three in front of their fans after winning 15 in a row previously.

United could well be playing them at the perfect time, with Erik ten Hag's men gaining positive momentum by winning their last two matches.

And if their recent record is anything to go by, they won't leave Villa Park empty-handed.

The Red Devils are unbeaten in their last 24 Premier League games in February, a run that began six years ago in 2018.

They have won 15 and drawn nine of their games in the month since losing to Newcastle under Jose Mourinho.

Those of Ten Hag have already won Wolves and western ham and now Villa stands in his way.

Emery will be desperate to end Villa's home woes and set a new top-flight record in the process.

But it won't be an easy task against a resurgent United side who don't remember what it feels like to lose a league game in February!
