Chelsea and Tottenham had unusual kick-off times in December as Blues face hectic festive schedule
Chelsea's clash against Brentford and Tottenham's trip to Southampton in December will begin at the unusual time of 7pm.
The Premier League has confirmed changes to its calendar for December and January, adapting the busy Christmas period to include a host of delightful matches.
Chelsea Take on west London rivals Brentford on Sunday December 15, with the original date being the day before at 3pm.
This has now been changed to Sunday the 15th at the unusual time of 7 pm
This is due to the Blues' participation in the Europa Conference League the previous Thursday.
However, Enzo Maresca's men have little time to breathe after the game against the Bees.
Another European match, this time against Shamrock Rovers, will take place the following Thursday at Stamford Bridge at 8pm.
The match between Southampton and Tottenham has also been moved.
The Saints will host Spurs at the same time as Chelsea vs Brentford, on Sunday, December 15 at 7 p.m.
This game had originally been scheduled again for Saturday, December 14 at 3:00 p.m.
The Premier League has detailed the reason for this change, as it will be “live on TNT Sports.”
On Sundays, games are normally played at 2:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.

In the past there were also games at 8 p.m.
Unlike last season, there will be no Christmas Eve game.
Last season, Chelsea traveled to Wolves over the festive period, but this time this place has been cut.
The last game before Christmas Day is on Sunday the 22nd: Tottenham's home clash against Liverpoolwhich starts at 4:30 p.m.
Meanwhile, Boxing Day has eight matches scheduled.
