Jamie Gittens is among the Borussia Dortmund players that have travelled to Spain ahead of Tuesday’s Champions League clash against Real Madrid, a repeat of last season’s final.
Niclas Süle and Pascal Groß were both on the Eurowings flight despite a stomach bug for the former, while Groß was replaced in their 2-1 Bundesliga win against St. Pauli on Friday night due to a muscular problem. Whether the duo start at the Santiago Bernabéu remains to be seen.
As reported by Ruhr Nachrichten, Gregor Kobel only trained in the gym this morning but has travelled while Nuri Şahin will be without Karim Adeyemi, Julien Duranville, Giovanni Reyna and Yan Couto.
