Aston Villa continued preparations for Wednesday’s visit of Crystal Palace in the Carabao Cup at Bodymoor Heath.
Unai Emery’s men welcome the Eagles to Villa Park looking to book their place in the quarter-finals of the competition for the first time since 2019/20, where Villa finished runners up to Manchester City.
Oliver Glasner will bring his side to B6 with action set to get underway at 7.45pm, with the Villans hoping to get back on the winning trail after being pegged back by a last-minute equaliser at home to AFC Bournemouth on Saturday.
