In case you were wondering, the Frenchman is still as healthy as ever and his latest antics have left his social media followers in awe.

Al Ittihad faced Al Ahli on Thursday, with the home team winning 1-0 thanks to Saleh Alshehri's first-half goal.

But the match was stopped for five minutes as Ittihad fans threw hundreds of flags onto the pitch.

This was done to slow down the game as the visitors took control of the game while Al Ittihad defended their lead.

Most of the players left the pitch to have a drink while the mess was sorted out, except for one.

Footage shows Kante walking around the field, picking up flags thrown by fans and taking them to the side to get them out of the way and allow play to resume.

Fans on social media loved the moment, with one writing on X: “Typical N'Golo Kante“.

“What a humble guy, I love him so much,” said another.

Meanwhile, a third wrote: “There are few people in football these days who are 100% nice.

“N'Golo Kante is the healthiest footballer. Bring him back to England, please.”

It is not the first time that Kanté shows his class beyond his talent on the field.

He once met an Arsenal fan at a mosque and decided to go home with him to casually watch the match of the day and play a FIFA role.

The Premier League and World Cup winner also often drove to training in a modest Mini Cooper estimated to be worth around £10,000, while his team-mates appeared in flashy cars.

John Obi Mikel compares Moisés Caicedo with the Chelsea legend and gives him advice for a great honor at the club

And after winning the World Cup with France, Kante was too shy to ask to hold the trophy, so teammates Steven Nzonzi and others handed it to him so he could have his moment.

Never change, N'Golo.
