On Friday, Luis de la Fuente will announce his Spain squad for this month's UEFA Nations League games against Denmark and Switzerland. It is bound to be another strong La Roja team for the games, although they could be without another important player.
Spain will already be without Dani Carvajal and Rodri Hernandez due to serious knee injuries, and second ReliefAlvaro Morata may also miss out against Denmark and Switzerland.
Morata, who scored against Real Madrid on Tuesday, he was involved in a clash in the training camp with AC Milan teammate Strahinja Pavlovic, for which he was admitted to the hospital to undergo scans on a head injury.
Spain and de la Fuente continue to be informed of the situation, and they hope that Morata will be able to be involved in their upcoming games during the international break. If not, a new starting striker must be decided – Mikel Oyarzabal would be preferred, although there are also Joselu Mato and Samu Omorodion.
