Aston Villa recorded their first league win of the 2024/25 season yesterday afternoon as they defeated Crystal Palace 3-2 at Villa Park.
Ebony Salmon secured the win with a 94th match-winning strike after first-half goals from Anna Patten and Rachel Daly. My Cato and Annabel Blanchard had found the back of the net for the visitors but neither goals were enough to secure them a point.
