Real Madrid are not at their best, but they have made it three consecutive wins in La Liga after a comfortable 2-0 win over Getafe at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Carlo Ancelotti's team were dominant in the first leg, although they had to wait until the 30th minute to open the scoring. Allan Nyom was adjudged to have pulled down Antonio Rudiger in the penalty area, which gave Jude Bellingham a chance to score from 12 yards – which he did.
Bellingham became provider a few minutes later as Real Madrid doubled their lead. He played a lovely ball across to Kylian Mbappe, who raced behind before curling a fine effort into the far corner.
Real Madrid pushed for a third in the second half, but in the end, it wasn't necessary. The result means the reigning champions are now one point behind Barcelona in the standings, having played a game less.
