General Sale Information
How to buy:
- 2024/25 half-season tickets will be available to purchase from 4pm on Sunday, December 15 either online via tickets.avfc.co.uk or over the phone on 0333 323 1874.
- All supporters will require a Digital Account and Fan ID to purchase a 2024/25 half-season ticket. You can set yours up now by clicking HERE.
- Unfortunately, the club are unable to renew in person via the ticket office or accept payments by cheque or cash.
Other information:
- All 2024/25 half-season ticket holders will receive a digital season card to download to your Google or Apple Wallet ahead of the season. This will give you access to your chosen Villa Park seat for Barclays Women’s Super League fixtures only.

How can I renew/purchase a half-season ticket?
The quickest and easiest way to renew or purchase a half-season ticket would be via our Online Box Office.
Alternatively, you can also buy over the telephone on 0333 323 1874.
Where can I purchase half-season tickets?
Aston Villa Women half-season tickets will be available to purchase in Trinity Road Stand blocks C3 to C9 and B4 to B7.
What fixtures are included in the half-season ticket?
All home Women’s Super League fixtures only.
What fixtures are not included in the half-season ticket?
Any home fixtures in the Women’s FA Cup.
These fixtures will require half-season ticket holders to purchase match tickets to gain entry.
What time do the ticket phone lines open?
Our phone lines are open from 9:30am – 1pm and 2pm – 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
How can I update my address?
I want to purchase my relative or friend’s half-season ticket in addition to my own.
The person’s name, Fan ID, date of birth, address and contact details if purchasing directly with the Ticket Office.
If you are purchasing online, you will need to ensure the supporters you are purchasing for are in your relationship group. You can simply add supporters into your relationship group by navigating to the personal details page, then select ‘manage my relationships’ within the ‘My Family & Friends’ section.
Here you will see a list of existing supporters in your relationship group and you have the option at the top to ‘create a new relationship’. If the supporter has an existing Fan ID then you will be prompted to enter this along with either their surname or postcode for verification purposes or if the supporter does not have an existing Fan ID then you are able to set them up with an account by selecting ‘No’ when asked if they are an existing supporter.
If I wish to bring family or friends to a match, can I move my half-season ticket so we can sit together at the game?
Yes, you will need to call the Ticket Office and we will issue you an alternative ticket for the relevant game (your digital season card will not be active for any games replacement tickets are provided for).
Please note, we require prior permission from all half-season ticket holders who wish to be relocated for a match (for juniors, we require the purchaser’s or parents’ permission).
Please ensure the Ticket Office have permission from each supporter before contacting us to process any relocations.
Can I move my half-season ticket seat to another area of the stadium at any time?
Yes. Supporters can relocate at any point into seats that are not currently occupied by a current season ticket holder. Please note, not all areas of Villa Park will be available to relocate to.
What are the requirements for disabled supporters wishing to purchase accessible seating or a personal assistant?
- Receipt of Enhanced rate of the Personal Independence Payment (mobility or care)
- Receipt of the Higher rate of the Disability Living Allowance (mobility or care)
- Receipt of either the Severe Disablement Allowance, the Employment and Support Allowance or the Attendance Allowance
- War Pensioners’ Mobility Allowance or War or Service – Disablement pension for 80% or more disability.
- Visually Impaired or Blind registration with Royal Instituted of Blind (RNIB) or Blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CVI certificate)
- Deaf registration (RAD) or Confirmation in writing from Social Services that the individual is included on their Deaf Register; or a letter or report from an aural specialist confirming that hearing loss has been recorded at 70-95 dBHL or worse.
Supporters are responsible for your accounts and should check your status and update the club prior to the renewal period. This can be done by contacting accessibility@avfc.co.uk or via our Ticket Office on 0333 323 1874.
Please note you will need to purchase at full price until supporting evidence has been received. If you are waiting for this from your local authority or it is due in the next month, please send once you receive the new documentation and the amendment can be made before the first match of the season.
How do I submit supporting evidence for a disabled season ticket?
To submit supporting evidence, you can email this by taking a clear photograph and attaching it to the email. Please use the email address accessibility@avfc.co.uk. The information you provide will be verified and not retained. Alternatively, you can update us via the Access Requirement Form on the website.
The documentation must have the following details on:
- Name of the supporter
- Address of the supporter
- Expiry date of the DLA/PIP or if it is ongoing
- If you send the yearly update for PIP this will expire in 12 months’ time.
If you no longer receive PIP or DLA at the required rate, we can upgrade the season tickets for you to the relevant price type. Please let us know and this can easily be amended.
Your season ticket will not be available for online renewal until the documentation is up to date, you will need to liaise with any member of the ticket office team.
Can I spread the cost of my half-season ticket across the season?
No, there is currently no available option to spread the cost of a half-season ticket.
