Marcus Rashford 'sent home after training' just 24 hours after Manchester derby snub
Marcus Rashford did not train with his teammates on Monday after being 'sent home' through illness just a day after his omission from the Manchester derby.
The 27-year-old was one of two notable absences along with Alejandro Garnacho, from the Manchester United squad that beat City at the Etihad.

“If I know a situation is already bad, I'm not going to make it worse. I've seen other players leave in the past and I don't want to be that person.
“When I leave I will make a statement and it will be from me. 100 percent.”
Rashford added: “I'm halfway through my career. I don't expect my peak to be now.
“I have spent nine years so far in the Premier League and that has taught me a lot, it has helped me grow as a player and as a person.
“So I have no regrets about the last nine years.

“I won't regret anything in the future because I take things day by day and sometimes bad things happen, sometimes good things happen. I just try to keep a good balance.”
When asked if the best was yet to come from him, Rashford replied: “100 per cent. That's my mentality.”
