Aston Villa Football Club announced its return to the top table of European football with a stunning Champions League victory against Bayern Munich earlier this season.
Jhon Durán’s sensational second-half strike secured a 1-0 win against the German giants in a rematch of the 1982 European Cup final, and now we’re giving supporters the chance to get their hands on a unique piece of memorabilia from that momentous night under the Villa Park lights.

AV150 Legacy Wall
A new AV150 Legacy Wall at Villa Park is part of our 150th anniversary celebrations.
We are in the midst of a season-long celebration of our beloved club, in which we are taking the opportunity to pay tribute to all fans, players and custodians of Aston Villa past and present.
The club has committed to a series of events and unveilings throughout the 2024/25 season. The first of these was the 1982 European Cup commemoration in October around our fixture against Bayern Munich, which will be followed in the coming months by a dedicated AV150 home match to formally mark our anniversary.
The club has commissioned a new statue which will be unveiled at the end of the season, as well as a commemorative piece of art which will be displayed at Villa Park. Fans will also have the chance to have their say in an upcoming all-time XI vote, attend an end of season celebration dinner on the pitch and much more.
As another feature of the celebration, we are delighted to give supporters the opportunity to become part of our iconic home, wherever you are in the world, by purchasing your very own personalised plaque at Villa Park.
