According to reports from MarcoInter Miami are ready to extend Messi's contract by another year until the end of 2026.
That will allow them to compete at the World Cup – in the United States – and complete a full campaign in Miami.
The contract includes a clause to cover the off-season in the United States, from the end of 2025 to the beginning of 2026, with the option to return to Europe.
The idea would be to allow Messi to stay in optimal physical shape and Barcelona It could be an option if they can agree a loan with Inter Miami.
