Borussia Dortmund interested in shock move for Arsenal star which could derail Chelsea man's transfer
Arsenal defender Oleksandr Zinchenko is wanted by Borussia Dortmund, talkSPORT understands.
The Bundesliga team is interested in signing the 28 years in an initial loan deal after a move for Chelsea's Renato Veiga stalled.
When Dortmund first began talks with Veiga, they were under the impression that he would be available on loan.
But Chelsea will only accept a permanent £20m deal.
This has led BVB to turn to Arsenal full-back Zinchenko.
The Ukrainian has fallen down Mikel Arteta's pecking order and a move to the Bundesliga giants is now possible this month.
Zinchenko has been limited to just seven Premier League appearances this season, starting just twice.
Riccardo Calafiori and Jurrien Timber have been preferred instead of Zinchenko.
And Hale End academy graduate Myles Lewis-Skelly is currently enjoying a spell in the starting XI after Zinchenko impressed Arteta.
