There was little time to rest or celebrate their emphatic victory over Real Madrid in the final of the Spanish Supercup for Barcelonaas they return to action at 21:00 CEST at Montjuic. I'm in town The Real Betiswho suffered a damaging defeat at Real Valladolid over the weekend.
Hansi Flick will have to assess the form of his players, but MD I believe that beyond the enforced changes, the German coach will not turn much. Inaki Pena will come in for the suspended Wojciech Szczesny, and Ronald Araujo will keep his place after replacing Inigo Martinez in the Supercup final. Their other expected change for the Copa del Rey Round of 16 is Frenkie de Jong, who could replace Pedri.
#Boat are back in action tonight as they host #RealBetis in the Copa del Rey.
Inaki Pena and Dani Olmo are ready to return, Araujo will stay, and a careful eye will be on Frenkie de Jong says MD.

Sport I believe Barcelona will make more widespread changes. They believe that Gerard Martin could be in the backline for Alejandro Balde, and Eric Garcia could get the no instead of de Jong. Barcelona have left Ansu Fati out of their squad as a healthy scratch, but they are without Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Martinez, Andreas Christensen and Marc Bernal.
Real Betis have major injury problems of their own, as Giovani Lo Celso was ruled out earlier this week. He joins Chimy Avila, William Carvalho, Marc Roca and Hector Bellerin in the band. Fran Vieites will continue in goal after the departure of Rui Silva, but Manuel Pellegrini's team is more or less chosen later.

Isco will be tasked with running the business, with Vitor Roque making his first return to Barcelona since leaving last summer on loan. Pablo Fornals, Natan, Juanmi and Cedric Bakambu will be their primary choices off the bench.
