Erling Haaland suffers from injuries three weeks before the Real Madrid-Manchester City clash

Match with Real Madrid Manchester City is undoubtedly the choice of the quarter-finals in the Champions League. The two European heavyweights have faced each other on several occasions in recent years, and one of them will be knocked out of the competition at a very early stage this time.

Erling Haaland, arguably the best scorer in the world for the last 18-24 months, could be a big determining factor for Man City during the match, even if he seems to have some sort of injury during training with Norway. He was photographed struggling after taking a hit, and was unable to continue the session.

It is not clear at this stage how serious the problem is, but from a Real Madrid prospect, they felt it was bad enough to keep him out of their Champions League tie – although it seems somewhat unlikely that this will be the case. The first leg takes place at the Santiago Bernabeu in three weeks' time, with the return to Manchester just seven days later.
