The second Der Klassiker of the season will take place on Saturday as Bayern Munich host Borussia Dortmund at the Allianz Arena.
Now that the international break is over, it’s time to get back to business for these two sides who still have goals to chase this season in the Bundesliga.
Bayern Munich are currently in good form having won three of their last three matches in all competitions whilst scoring 16 goals.
They continue their chase for the title as they remain ten points behind Bayer Leverksuen at the top, which they have for a several weeks now, with Leverkusen yet to lose a match.
Borussia Dortmund have also found some great form as they have won their last four matches in all competitions, including a 2-0 win over PSV Eindhoven in the Champions league which has taken them into the quarter-finals.
Edin Terzic’s side remain in fourth place and are just one point above fifth placed RB Leipzig, who host Mainz this weekend.
In the reverse fixture earlier on in the season, Bayern comfortably won the tie 4-0 with Harry Kane scoring a hat-trick.
Bayern are also unbeaten in the last eleven Der Klassiker clashes.
It is a must win match for both sides as whoever drops points could face serious consequences.

Good news for Bayern is that Harry Kane has been training and is back fit and available after he missed out on England’s international friendlies recently.
It remains unsure that captain Manuel Neuer will start the game after suffering with a muscle fibre tear, meaning that Sven Ulreich would step up in goal.
Leroy Sane is expected to feature after an issue with his knee whilst Raphael Guerreiro has a race against time to recover from his knee injury.
For Dortmund, Ramy Bensebaini will join Gregor Kobel on the sidelines after lasting just 18 minutes for Algeria before being subbed off with injury.
Julian Ryerson will return after recovering from illness.
Marcel Sabitzer will continue to serve his suspension and will miss out on playing against bis former club.
