Aaron Wan-Bissaka has demanded a multi-million pound compensation payment to leave Manchester United, talkSPORT understands.

The right back is a target for West Ham This summer, the east London team are determined to sign him.

While the Hammers are happy to meet UnitedThe asking price is £15m, so personal terms could be an issue.

Wan-Bissaka previously rejected a movement to West Ham, but talks have since resumed.

Although the defender will have to accept a pay cut in order to seal his return to the capital.

The 26-year-old is therefore demanding a hefty reward from the Red Devils.

Wan-Bissaka has no huge desire to leave Old Trafford and is therefore not prepared to sell himself cheap.

He has just 12 months left on his contract at the club, meaning he would be available to leave on a free transfer next summer.

The situation has similarities with Harry MaguireLast summer's transfer saga.

West Ham They were also interested in signing him, but the centre-back was reluctant to move on given the value of his contract in Manchester.

Wan-Bissaka also knows he could pocket a generous signing bonus if he holds out until next summer.

Inter Milan are also said to be admirers of the full-back.

The defender is open to a move to the San Siro, which would be feasible if Dutch right-back Denzel Dumfries heads to the Theatre of Dreams.

The England Under-21 international moved to Old Trafford in 2019 from Crystal Place in a deal worth £50million.

Since then he has made 190 appearances for United, winning the League Cup and the FA Cup.

But he has fallen down the pecking order with Diego Dalot currently the first choice under Erik ten Hag.

Wan-Bissaka was limited to just 22 Premier League appearances last season.
