Ipswich are keen to sign Chelsea striker Armando Broja, talkSPORT understands.
He Blues have given the 22-year-old permission to undergo a medical after agreeing a loan deal.
And the two clubs have also agreed a £30million bond for the 23-cap Albania international if Ipswich avoid relegation to the Championship.
Broja He was expected to leave Stamford Bridge after being deemed surplus to requirements by new boss Enzo Maresca.
He was one of three players along with Conor Gallagher and Romelu Lukaku who were left out the programme for Sunday's match against Manchester City, which was defeated 2-0.

For academy graduate Broja, it will be his fourth loan spell away from Chelsea.
He spent the 2020/21 season on loan at Dutch club Vitesse, where he scored 11 goals in 34 appearances.
Broka followed this up by scoring nine goals in 38 appearances for Southampton the following season.
And having fallen down the pecking order under Mauricio Pochettino last season, he spent the second half of the season at Fulham, although he failed to score in his eight outings.
In total, Broja has scored just three goals for Chelsea in his 38 appearances in all competitions.
But he hopes to get off to a good start in Portman Highwaywhere he will become the Tractor Boys' tenth summer signing.
Ipswich have already done business with Chelsea in this window, having signed winger Omari Hutchinson. Club record signing for £22.5m.
Kieran McKenna's side have also signed Jacob Greaves from Hull, Liam Delap from City, Sammie Szmodics from Blackburn, Arijanet Muric from Burnley and Conor Townsend from West Brom on permanent deals.
And they also signed Ben Johnson on a free transfer after his departure from West Ham.
This follows the loan arrivals of Kalvin Phillips from the Citizens and Jens Cajuste from Napoli.
But the signing of Broja is a major coup for the newly promoted team.
Broja had been On AC Milan's radar Earlier in the window, Monaco and Stuttgart were also admirers of the youngster.
