Reporting on TBR Football, Graeme Bailey has stated that Tottenham have been offered the chance to sign Adrien Rabiot and could now strengthen their engine room by buying him.
After leaving Juventus at the end of June, the Frenchman is now a free agent, meaning he has been unable to play football in recent months and has consequently lost his place in the French national team.
Rabiot has reportedly received offers from Turkish giants Galatasaray and Fenerbahce, as well as the Saudi Pro League, but is not yet willing to leave Europe's top five leagues.

Outer wall Rabiot has also been offered to Arsenal and, along with Spurs, the north London giants have held talks over a potential deal to sign the midfielder on a free transfer.
However, the journalist says the 29-year-old has been demanding £220,000-a-week to join his next club, so the likes of Arsenal and Tottenham would have to be prepared to put a lucrative contract on the table.
Not only that, but the report says several other top English clubs have held talks with Rabiot's people along with AS Monaco and Bayern Munich, so the competition is fierce.
The Gunners strengthened their midfield with the signing of Mikel Merino this summer, but he broke his shoulder in training and is expected to be sidelined for up to two months as a result.
