Arsenal and Tottenham fans have been warned that their journeys to the north London derby could be disrupted.

The Gunners are set to face their fierce rivals at 14:00 the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as both sides have it all to play for.

Mikel Arteta‘s men are looking to keep the pressure on Man City at the top of the Premier League, while Spurs are closing the gap to Aston Villa in the race for top four.

Both sides will need their supporters if they are to come away with anything from the match, but these fans have now been warned about potential disruptions.

With the south of England having sever weather overnight, train companies have now warned about disruptions.

Network Rail warned passengers planning to get Southern, Gatwick Express, Thameslink or Great Northern trains may see disruption. 

‘Heavy rainfall is affecting the Southern, Gatwick Express and Thameslink networks, especially south of London and towards the South Coast,’ a statement said. 

‘Some strong winds are also expected.

‘This weather may disrupt journeys until the middle of the day today, 28 April. Please check journey planners before you travel.’

This could also affect Brighton and Bournemouth fans, with the game at the Vitality Stadium scheduled to kick-off at 14:00 also.

At the time of writing, all trains appear to be running on time.

The Met Office are alos yet to put a weather warning in place.

However, it is one to keep an eye on for fans travelling to the football today, with earlier departures perhaps a wise move.
