Wolves have submitted a loan offer with an option to buy in their bid to sign Aaron Ramsdale, talkSPORT understands.

As things stand, Wolves' offer to Arsenal remains on the table.

Although Gary O'Neil's side would cover the bulk of Ramsdale's wages in their quest to tempt Arsenal into accepting.

But Southampton are understood to remain interested in the goalkeeper, as revealed by talkSPORT last month.

And it remains to be seen whether Ajax will make a second offer for the player after having one Loan offer rejected last week.

Ramsdale made just six appearances in all competitions last season and did not play a single minute during pre-season.
