Arsenal star Bukayo Saka appears to spit out iconic English dish and refuses to eat Scotch egg in hilarious snack challenge

Bukayo Saka may be England's 'Starboy', but he's not a fan of some of the country's most iconic dishes.

He Arsenal The winger has taken part in SPORTbible's Snack Wars, where guests try a variety of food dishes from two countries.

In it last episodeSaka had to eat food from England and Nigeria, where his parents are from.

And it was the African nation that came close to victory, winning 3-2, with two staples of English cuisine in particular bothering the 22-year-old.

In the first round he was presented with Jollof rice against cauliflower cheese, and Saka, who has his own sauce at Nando's restaurant, appeared to spit out the latter.

After taking his first bite, the Hale End graduate immediately started shaking his head and then put his hand to his mouth.

The camera then shows him raising his head from under the table.

Things didn't get any better for Saka in the second round after he was given a scotch egg, prompting him to say, “I don't take scotch eggs.”

He was shocked when he was told it contained pork, and the striker cut it in half for a better look.

Clearly unimpressed, he let out a loud groan of disapproval before finally opting to not even try.

England took their first win in the chocolate category with a Twix bar beating Milo Energy Cubes.

In the crispy round, Saka received Twiglets, a product she had incredibly never heard of before.

He described them as “similar to chicken bones”, and gave them a 0/10 for being tasteless, and the banana chips gave Nigeria a 3-1 lead.

But England managed to salvage some prestige in the sweets category, with Love Hearts edging out Tom Tom mint-flavored candy.
