Aston Villa ‘agree deal to sign Ian Maatsen from Chelsea for fee in excess of £35million on SIX-YEAR deal’

Aston Villa have reportedly agreed to sign left-back Ian Maatsen from Chelsea for a fee in excess of £35million. 

Maatsen spent the second half of this season on loan at Borussia Dortmund, reaching the Champions League final. 

The 22-year-old is still finalising terms on a six-year contract with Villa, accoridng to The Athletic.
