Everton are close to completing a £10million deal for Aston Villa star Tim Iroegbunam.
Meanwhile, town are ready to sign Everton winger Lewis Dobbin in a separate deal.
Midfielder Iroegbunam, 20, made 15 appearances for Aston Villa last season. secured a Champions League finish in the First Division.
He spent the previous season on loan to QPR, and the team finished 20th in the EFL Championship.
With the youngster now keen to break into regular first-team football, Sean Dyche's move to the Toffees should fit well with his ambitions.
Meanwhile, Everton academy graduate Dobbin has made 20 appearances for Everton since 2021.

The 21-year-old spent the 2022/23 season on loan at Derby County, where he scored five goals in 54 appearances.
He scored a goal in 15 games Sean Dycheof the team last season, as they achieved 15th place in the Premier League.
But the Merseyside club are willing to let the striker move to Villa Park this summer.
Both Iroegbunam and Dobbin have appeared in EnglandIn the lower categories, the first plays six games with the U-19 and seven with the U-20.
Meanwhile, Dobbin has appeared at Under-16, Under-17 and Under-19 level, scoring eight international goals across all age groups.
It is a double deal that would give both clubs' financial positions a boost given current concerns about complying with the Premier League's FFP rules.
