Barcelona manager Hansi Flick gives disturbing answer to goalkeeper debate ahead of Wojciech Szczesny song
Barcelona will bring the former goalkeeper of Juventus and Arsenal Wojciech Szczesny out of retirement, and arrived in the Catalan capital on Monday. The big question remains whether Szczesny will be given the starting job early Ink painting.
The Polish goalkeeper has arrived in Barcelona and passed his medical, with his signature to be announced today. One of the talking points over the last week has been whether Szczesny or Inaki Pena will be the starter once the 34-year-old has reached full fitness.

It was something Barcelona manager Hansi Flick was asked on Monday ahead of their Champions League clash with Young Boys, and his answer was somewhat ominous for Pena.
“I'm not in the habit of talking about players who are not yet in the team, it's not. But the players who are at Barça cannot guarantee whether they will be starters or not,” explained Flick .
Flick was also asked what Szczesny would bring to the team.
“I spoke to him, but as I already said, I can't really say much more until the signing is official. I think it's Saturday that I'll be in front of you later, then I can talk about Szczesny , but I can't now.
Football España has been informed that Szczesny accepts a hypothetical situation where he would be number two to Pena, but he would be competing for number one. The veteran shot-stopper certainly has Pena's record, and while he did nothing wrong against Villarreal, Getafe or Osasuna, neither stood out. Meanwhile last season there were doubts about his ability to hold the position long term.
