Barcelona's push for a strong finish to the 2023/24 La Liga season was dashed by a 3-3 draw at home to Granada.
Visitors refuse to give up in Catalonia as Lamine Yamal's brace eventually secured a point for the hosts.
In a difficult night for by Xavi Hernandez side, here Spanish football player ratings:
Marc-Andre Ter Stegen – 3/10
Still seems short on match pace. Struggled in possession and passed from the back and conceded three goals.
A shaky overall performance from the German star who is so often praised for his reliability.
Jules Kounde – 4/10
He did not look strong, and he is not reliable as a center back currently, with a shuffle to the right. He has not stood out so far this season and is struggling for form.
Pau Cubarsi – 4/10
He regularly sees passes that midfielders don't and shows good composure at times. At fault for Granada's second goal and part of a backline that conceded three against 19th-placed Granada.
Inigo Martinez – 4/10
A first start since returning from injury and did well on his return. Passes well out of defense and maintains a strong presence in the air. However, he is not able to command the defense like Ronald Araujo.
Joao Cancelo – 6/10
Recorded another assist and continues to show his versatility. Failed to stop Pellistri's cross for Granada's first goal and could not finish the whole game.
Andreas Christensen – 5/10
Tried in the midfield pivot role again, but was replaced in the second half. He offers some stability in midfield, but needs more time to grow into the position.
Frenkie de Jong – 5/10
Unable to shut down the rumor about his future with a quiet performance. He didn't show his best version and couldn't find key passages in the final third.
Peter – 6/10
Flashes of magic, but still not back to their injury level. Still some work to do to get back to 100%.
Ilkay Gundogan – 7/10
The numbers show how important it is for Barcelona. An assist for Lewandowski's goal brings his tally to 10+ assists in a single season for the first time in his career.
Yamal foils – 9/10
He started again and scored in the first 15 minutes. When Barcelona needed him, he was there again late, with a brilliant level. Despite being 16 years old, he is Barcelona's biggest attacking threat and that is saying a lot.
Robert Lewandowski 5/10
He missed an easy chance just before 1-1 and forced a great save from the Granada goalkeeper. A few uncertain moments, but scored to make it 2-2, to bring Barcelona back on level terms.
SUBS:
Fermin Lopez – 6/10
He added some intensity and saw a goal ruled out for offside.
Raphinha – 6/10
Returned from injury and played in a little-known left-back role.
Marc Guiu – 6/10
I had a great chance to win for Barcelona late on, but it went away.
