Barcelona set a plan for the return of Lionel Messi in celebrations of the 125th anniversary
Barcelona celebrates its 125th anniversary in 2024. An event is planned for November 29, and the club's idea is that many big names will return to mark the occasion.
Planning for the celebrations has been ongoing for the past two years. Barcelona had hoped to return to the newly renovated Spotify Camp Nou, although their return was recently pushed back until April 2025 at the earliest. However, a celebratory gala will still be held on the mentioned date.
As reported by ReliefLionel Messi will be one of those asked to attend. A letter will be sent to them, in which their participation will be requested.

However, there is no guarantee that Messi will be able to go because Inter Miami could still be in action in the MLS Play-offs. If this is the case, Barcelona ask them to send you a video message instead.
