Barcelona celebrated its 125th anniversary last Friday, an occasion that should have been marked the next day by its return to a renewed one. Camp Nou for their match against Las Palmas. However, it now seems that the earliest possible is February, although some estimates say that it may not be ready for use until the end of the season.
The Blaugrana had in theory planned for delays, and in its contract with the Turkish construction company Limak, there was a clause that noted that if the stadium was not ready for partial use by November 29, then the Catalan part will owe 1 million euros for each day after the end date.
Barcelona are closely following striker Omar Marmoush, and even attended the match between Eintracht Frankfurt and Midtjylland to see him in action. @tipsbladet

Sport say that they will not enforce that fine for various reasons, in an article that has since been deleted. The first reason is that if you have to go to court, Barcelona it would have to take into account the delays they had to deal with in planning permission. Second, they are happy with the work that Limak is doing, while they do not want to harm the relations with the construction company, they feel that this does not help the stadium to finish.
Given the financial situation of Barcelona, it will certainly raise eyebrows that they are not taking advantage of a seemingly easy source of income. It may be that they feel they are on shaky legal ground. Barcelona relies on its return to the Camp Nou for a great financial boost as it is, given the increased capacity, and the reduced cost of management.
