Bild reports that Bayer Leverkusen have given Bayern Munich a deadline in regard to the transfer of centre-back Jonathan Tah.
As the sage continues to drag on, Leverkusen have set Bayern Munich a hard deadline for when they will allow Tah to leave the club while the club also continues to hold out for €30m. The reason for this is that Die Werkself want clarity for their squad planning.
The deadline is this weekend.
If a new offer does not arrive by then, Tah will stay at Leverkusen and enter the final year of his contract. It has previously been said that Tah will not sign a new contract at the BayArena. Leverkusen also kick off their season next weekend against VfB Stuttgart in the DFL Super Cup.
Bayern have been pushing to sign Tah for the majority of this summer but have so far failed to sign him as before the German international joins the Rekordmeister, Matthijs de Ligt has to leave the club and with a move to Manchester United currently stalling, it means Tah cannot move to Munich.
