Bayern Munich transfer target Theo Hernández could cost the Bundesliga club up to €100m this summer, according to Pietro Mazzara

As per the report, AC Milan have set such a high price tag in order to act as a deterrent for other clubs.

The Serie A side are planning on opening contract talks with the French international’s agent in the coming days. Currently, Hernández’s contract runs until 2026, earning him around €4m per year.

The end goal for Milan is to negotiate a renewal even though the club understand this will involve a much higher yearly salary.

The current Bundesliga champions see the 26-year-old as a possible replacement should Alphonso Davies depart Bavaria this summer. As reported by GGFN, Davies is demanding too high wage demands for Bayern and has already agreed to join Real Madrid in the future.

The Canadian international has long been linked with a move to La Liga. Should that be the case, Bayern see Hernández as an option to fill the role. However, the high price tag will now make them think twice.
