10. Bukayo Saka (down seven)
Bukayo Saka missed Arsenal’s final game of the Premier League season due to a muscle injury he picked up after a challenge from Manchester United’s Sofyan Amrabat a week ago.
The English winger stays on this list for his top form prior to the injury, scoring against Bournemouth, and Tottenham in a significant games towards the Premier League title race.
Although his team, Arsenal, got a late winner against Everton with Kai Havertz’s goal in the 89th minute, the fans were left unsatisfied as they only secured second place behind Man City.
Gabriel Martinelli took up Saka’s place on the right, with Leandro Trossard slotting in on the left.
Bukayo Saka was out injured as Arsenal’s win over Everton was not enough for them to win the title
9. Erling Haaland (down seven)
Erling Haaland slips down the list as the Norwegian after he failed to score in their title-clinching victory.
The striker had a decent game against the Hammers, often delivering chances to his team but failing to score from four shots.
He had six duels during the match, three of which he won, in addition to one successful aerial duel.
Despite being criticised for not achieving the level of last season, Haaland remained the Premier League top scorer with 27 goals, significantly outperforming Cole Palmer and Alexander Isak.
Erling Haaland has won the Premier League 2023-2024 Golden Boot with 27 goals in 31 games
8. Alexander Isak (up one)
Newcastle’s star striker enjoyed an excellent season, finishing third on the Premier League’s scoring charts.
His goal and assist last Sunday helped his team achieve a confident and much-needed win against Brentford.
The Swedish striker was active in the opponent’s half, having seven touches in the opposition box and one successful dribble.
Newcastle finished inside the European places, but now wait to see if Manchester United can knock them out by winning the FA Cup against newly crowned champions Man City.
Alexander Isak’s goal and assist helped his team get 7th place in the Premier League table
7. Bruno Guimaraes (new-entry)
The Magpies supporters will have enjoyed the performance of Bruno Guimaraes in their final game of the season.
Everyone is used to the 26-year-old Brazilian being the main man in the midfield, but this time, he also delivered in attack.
While still having an 83 per cent accurate pass rate, he scored a goal and provided two assists in a scintillating display.
Newcastle fans will hope it’s not the last Premier League game they see Guimaraes in their colours, with his future unclear as giants such as PSG, Arsenal and Manchester City are all reportedly interested in the player.
Guimaraes delivered a decisive performance in Newcastle’s final day win against Brentford
6. Michael Olise (down five)
The Frenchman who was on fire last month, drops down five positions despite Crystal Palace’s thrashing of Aston Villa.
His team scored five goals against an unmotivated Aston Villa side who had already secured their place in next season’s Champions League.
Michael Olise played the whole game, providing an assist and constantly creating danger for the opposition side, having six shots.
The right winger has a high impact on his team, driving wins and positive results against Wolves and Manchester United.
However, he slips down due to the performances of those ahead of him this week.
Crystal Palace’s Michael Olise didn’t score on Sunday but was pivotal in his team’s recent wins
5. Jean-Philippe Mateta (new-entry)
A fully deserved place in the Power Rankings.
Jean-Philippe Mateta turned Michael Olise’s assist into a goal and scored two more- to complete a dominant hat-trick against Aston Villa.

He was a decisive factor in the recent Eagles’ results, scoring the winner against Wolves, the second goal against Man United and two crucial goals versus Newcastle.
Mateta has been a changed man since the arrival of Palace manager Oliver Glasner, after struggling for goals beforehand.

4. Eberechi Eze (new-entry)
The third Crystal Palace footballer in this ranking. The Englishman is finishing the season in prime form and staking his place to make England’s Euro 2024 squad.

The attacking midfielder put on another star showing against Aston Villa, finishing his two goals off superbly while also assisting Mateta’s second goal.
Eberechi Eze continues to stake his claim to make England’s Euro 2024 squad this summer
3. Declan Rice (up one)
Another quality game for the England star, despite Everton’s opener deflecting in off his head.
Declan Rice has been one of the signings of the season, and was a big factor as to why they put such a serious title charge up against Manchester City.
As long as Rice is on the field, the Gunners appear calm and collected, and he had a 100% win rate of aerial duels in the 2-1 victory against Everton.
Arsenal missed out on the title but with players like Rice in the team, they will be expected to mount another challenge next season.
Declan Rice added quality in Arsenal’s midfield, helping achieve second place in the title race
2. Bernardo Silva (up four)
Bernardo Silva was the second-best player on the pitch as Manchester City sealed their fourth straight title – a record in English top-flight history.
In their 3-1 win over West Ham, Silva sent the assist to Phil Foden’s second-minute goal which instantly calmed the nerves at the Etihad.
Then after West Ham raised concern by pulling one back to make the score 2-1, Silva assisted Rodri to seal the title.
With an impressive 93 per cent accurate pass rate, Silva continues to be well-trusted by Pep Guardiola, who often plays him on different position throughout a single game.
