Eden Hazard may have played his last game for Chelsea in 2019, but his reaction to a joke shows the club still has a special place in his heart.
Danger He visited Ahmed Alsanawi, owner of A Star Barbers, for a new cut.
However, Alsanawi had a cheeky surprise in store for the retired Belgian once he sat in the chair.
Alsanawi had managed to place a Tottenham shirt at the top of the cover and covered it with Hazard, prompting a hilarious reaction.
“Bro! What are you doing, man?” Hazard said.
The 33-year-old immediately took off the cover as Alsanawi laughed.
Chelsea Fans quickly reacted on social media, delighted with their former hero's act.
One account on X wrote: “Eden Hazard still hates Tottenham. Proper Chels.”
Another posted: “Eden Hazard is a real Chels man. I love him so much.”
One said: “Eden Hazard, once blue, always blue.”
In the clip, Hazard sported a hoodie and sweatpants branded Fini by A Star, a hair care product for which the former Real Madrid striker is an ambassador.
Hazard is not the only renowned footballer that Alsanawi counts as a client.
The likes of Jack Grealish, Phil Foden and Nicolas Jackson have all taken a cut from Alsanawi.
Even Paul Pogba and José Mourinho have been clients of Alsanawi before.
However, the barber and Hazard share a closer relationship than most, with the former defending the Belgian after an unpleasant comment from an online troll.
In August last year, the A Star Barbers Instagram account posted a video of Hazard getting a haircut.
But one user commented: “No one wants to sign you.”
In response, Alsanawi replied: “That's funny because he turned down six teams. T***.”
Hazard eventually called time about his brilliant career in October 2023, three months after his ill-fated £130m switch to Real Madrid was finished.
Despite the disappointing way his career derailed, Hazard remains widely adored by Blues fans.
Hazard, a four-time member of the Premier League Team of the Year, scored 110 goals in more than 350 appearances in all competitions for Chelsea.
His position was such that Hazard even reached 11th place in the FIFPRO men's world in 2018 and 2019.
Hazard also helped Chelsea win two Premier League titles, an FA Cup, the League Cup and two Europa League triumphs during a brilliant seven-year spell at Stamford Bridge.
