Chelsea target Joao Felix is a 'huge talent' but fans are right to be sceptical about his potential move
Darren Bent believes Chelsea fans are right to be sceptical about a move for “talented” star Joao Felix.

This comes after Samu Omorodion's move to Chelsea fell through, and Atletico are keen to recoup some funds to finance their transfer of Gallagher and Julian Alvarez, who He joined from Manchester City on Mondays.
Felix is a familiar face to Stamford Bridge fans, having joined the club on a half-season loan deal in January 2023.
In 20 appearances for the club, the striker scored four goals before returning to the Wanda Metropolitana.
He then spent last season on loan at Barcelona, where he scored 10 goals and provided six assists.

Asked whether Chelsea fans will be excited or worried by the amount of transfer activity, Bent told Drive: “A bit of both.
“I think that with Pedro Neto the fans will think 'yes!'.
“With João FelixHis debut last time was against Fulham and he was sent off, but before that he looked very good.
“I like João Félix, I think he is a very talented footballer but for some reason it always seems like something is missing.
“But I saw him at the Euros against Georgia and he had some good touches, but when you need to score a goal or create something, you don't do it.

“Chelsea fans will look at him and think, 'Do we really want him back?'
“Who would you rather play at number 10, him or Cole Palmer? There is no comparison.”
Maresca has a wealth of attacking options with the potential signing of Felix joining Neto and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, who also joined Chelsea this summer.
Add those stars Cole Palmer, Raheem Sterling, Mykhaylo Mudryk and Noni Madueke into the mix and you start to see where Maresca might have his work cut out for him.
But according to Darren Bent, the only thing the new Chelsea manager needs to focus on is getting off to a flying start.
“Enzo Maresca has to do well from the start,” Bent said.
“I think that's what he has to do: he has to pick a team that he likes and just follow it.

“If you start getting results then the rest will take care of itself because at least you have a base.
“I felt that with Poch last season, I was trying different teams, different systems, different players: he has to give his all, this is my best eleven.
“If Manchester City beat them 5-0 then it's different, but if they put in a positive performance or result then at least they have a base to work from.
“Once Poch got the team he wanted, we started to see good results.”
Chelsea begin their season with a home clash against Manchester City on Saturday afternoon.
