Crystal Palace asking price revealed as Newcastle open talks with Marc Guehi

Newcastle have opened talks with Crystal Palace over a deal to sign Marc Guehi, talkSPORT understands.

The English defender has been linked with several top clubs this summer, including Arsenaland the Magpies Now they have made their move.

Palace signed Gehi of Chelsea for £18m in 2021, and has been an ever-present ever since, making 150 Premier League appearances in three seasons.

The move would make Guehi Newcastle's fifth summer signing, joining fellow Blues academy graduate. Lewis Hallwho recently made his loan to the North East permanent in a £35million deal.

Meanwhile, Palace appear to have prepared for the centre-back's departure. Defender Chadi Riad arrives at Selhurst Park of Barcelona for £12m plus £2m in add-ons earlier this summer.
